When you first install WordPress on your webhost there will be a link to get into your WordPress dashboard, however if you do not bookmark that url then you can still get in.
All you have to do is go to http://www.yourdomainname.com/wp-admin
For example I would have to go to http://wordpress-websitebuilder.com/wp-admin to get to this website WordPress admin page. This is where I can make posts, edit the website, and publish to the web.
