To add a page to your website that has a sitemap listed on it, you simply have to install a wordpress plugin. I am using a plugin called clean archives reloaded. See the screenshot below of what it looks like. This sitemap plugin lists all your posts on one page. Of course there are others available but I use this one because I have not had a problem with it yet.
Watch this video to see how to find the plugin and install it..It will also show you how to make the page with the sitemap on it.
Here is the code to put on the page where you want the sitemap listing to show up.

When you make a new post it is important to ping your blog. It is so important that this feature is built into Wordpress. What it does is let other websites know that you have updated your website. Why wait until someone finds out your blog has a new post, why not tell the world!
To find the pinging settings in Wordpress go to Settings>Then press on writing. Scroll down to the bottom. To use pinging your blog must not be private, it must be shared with the Search engines. To Change the privacy settings go to settings>then privacy.
Watch this video tutorial on how I setup and tweak my blog pinging.
Here is my ping list that I paste into the Settings in Wordpress…
